For example, if you feel low or depressed due to financial, debt-related, relationship or employment issues, see our signposting section. Can the Wellbeing Hub at Delamere House, Citizens Advice, Alternative Solutions, Pathways ( for ethnic minority groups) or the Wishing Well befriending services help?

Do you feel isolated and would like to attend social activities and meet new people?  Pathfinder – your path to wellbeing can give you free one-to-one advice and information about local services.

If you want to lose weight, tackle alcohol issues, get fit or keep fit,  try the OneYou or Everybody Healthy programs. You can self-refer to most of these programs. houses a host of resources from the Blue Badge scheme to Educational support, from Housing and Independent living to Living with disability, but for health-related matters enter “Livewell” into the search and you’ll see what we mean!
