Over the past 12 months Millcroft Medical Centre has seen a unprecedented increase in demand for General Practice services this has meant that we have been experiencing an extremely high volume of calls into the practice daily and have been working hard to meet the increased needs of our patients . Due to the additional pressure of the recent outbreak of Strep A in our community a further increase on demand has resulted in some technical issues with our telephone lines.
Our IT department are looking into this as a matter of urgency to try and rectify the issues.
