The practice has a team of pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.


Care Navigators

There are several Care Navigators, both front desk and answering phone calls.

Our Care Navigators are here to help you access the service that would best suit your needs, which may not be a GP. In order to navigate you to the most appropriate service they will ask for a brief description of your problem. Please remember that you will be treated in the strictest confidence.


Care Coordinators

The practice has a team of Care Coordinators who work alongside the GPs and other teams to streamline services. Putting personalised care at the heart of their role, the Care Coordinators work closely with Learning Disability patients, Housebound patients and Care Homes to provide continuation of care.

Kimberly Bailey

Practice Manager

Responsible for the administration of the practice and the management of all staff.

She is happy to receive any comments about the service provided via a comments box at reception.

Emma Griffin

Office Manager

Involved in the administration of the practice and leads the team of receptionists.

She is happy to assist with any general queries or concerns.

Governance and Quality Manager

Supports the Practice and the staff with meeting governance requirements.

She can be contacted regarding any serious complaints or concerns.

Receptionists

There are a number of receptionists, both on the front desk and answering phone calls.

Our receptionists are here to help you access the services available; sometimes they need to ask for more details in order to arrange appropriate appointments.

Social Prescriber

Community Midwife

A team of midwives is attached to the practice and work closely with the doctors. All pregnant women are referred to the community midwife team who will coordinate their care during pregnancy.

The community midwives see patients at the surgery and in their own home.


District Nurses

These nurses visit patients in their homes as needed. District nursing visits are arranged by the hospital or the GP practice for patients who are housebound and require nursing services.

Patients who have the District Nurse attending and wish to speak to her can usually contact her between 12noon and 1.30pm on 376557.

You can leave a message on this number if the nurse is not available to speak with in person.


Dietician

Attends the surgery and provides expert dietary advice; you can make an appointment at reception.


Phlebotomist

Takes blood samples for tests ordered by the doctor; blood tests are carried out on the ground floor.

Please bring your blood test form and report to the ground floor reception desk.
